DMC issues

Is anyone having a problem with DMC still playing after you've said stop music or clearing the playlist when you say next song?

After being reprimanded on my last post, I decided to ask about this issue here, in a polite manner.
I will also ask technical support on the site.

I've had problems trying to get DMC to randomly play a songlist of choice. I've got macros that select the songlist, set playmode to random, and then play. The result is always the selected playlist in order... no random play.

That's really all I've had problems with. I control DMC mostly with touchpads and macros, and rarely use voice. I have selected artists and playlists by voice without trouble.

I will put in a support ticket with them.
I have no problem when using macros, except next song clearing the playlist.
Perhaps they can assist me.
