Software Upgrade This is an upgrade from one software product to another. For instance, if you own HALbasic you can upgrade to HALdeluxe or HAL2000. If you own HALdeluxe you can upgrade to HAL2000. Currently there is no upgrade option beyond HAL2000 (HALdmc and HALvoices also do not have upgrade options). The cost of the upgrade depends on which software you're upgrading.

Upgrading from HALbasic version 1.x or version 2.x to HALbasic version 3.x, for example, is a version upgrade, not a software upgrade. Go to the version upgrade page to upgrade to a different version of the same software.

If you start with HALbasic, we�ll give you a $40 credit toward the purchase of HALdeluxe or HAL2000. HALbasic must be installed and registered.

If you are a HALdeluxe user, HAL will give you a $140 credit toward the purchase of HAL2000. HALdeluxe must be installed and registered.

NOTE: If you're looking for the latest version of the software you own, you can download it from this website or order a CD with the latest version.
